The Brief

Claremont’s audio-visual team, Viewpoint were  instructed to  provide a suite of audio-visual solutions for the boardroom, meeting rooms, reception, breakout areas, gym and for  presentation and interactive teaching scenarios.

The Solution: Boardroom

Viewpoint have installed a 100” rear projection display with professional control system, multiple laptop, PC, DVD & TV inputs allowing for a robust Boardroom audio-visual system, which is easy to use and maintain. Within the boardroom integrated table inputs,  a walnut screen surround and a sleek remote control have been installed to complement  the overall feel of the of the building.

The Solution: Meeting Rooms 

In the meeting rooms, various commercial level plasma screens have been installed, both wall mounted and using floor stands. They all feature automatic switching between PC’s integrated to Credenzas and laptop connections on the table, removing the need for a screen remote control and making these rooms very simple to use. A four screen video wall has been installed in one of the meeting rooms, allowing users to either display one image across the four screens or present a multimedia mix of entirely different images across each individual screen.

The Solution: Presentation Room & Training Rooms

Viewpoint have installed a bespoke lectern into the presentation room, featuring a small button panel control, together with laptop & PC connections, connecting to a high brightness projector which displays on a fixed 2m x 1.5m projection screen. In the lower ground training rooms  there are short throw distance projectors, interactive whiteboards & complementary software with integrated audio, bespoke floorboxes containing laptop connections and removable ‘power towers’ to allow for flexible room use.

The Solution: Reception

In the reception area, Viewpoint have installed a digital signage screen , allowing a simultaneous display of TV, PC, Internet and Messaging services on branded templates for greeting and engaging visitors in the offices.

The Solution: Breakout Area

A projector has been installed in the main breakout area to display laptop, PC  & freesat TV on a large scale, onto a partition wall.  A small button control panel of projector input and audio levels is situated in the equipment cupboard to control this. 

The Solution: Gym

 Acxiom  has three existing  high definition freesat TV’s, which have been installed into the gym and been complimented by a  pro-audio system providing sound coverage across the gym for iPod, USB Mp3, CD, DAB radio and TV audio.

The Solution: Kitchen

In the staff kitchen a freeview television and Nintendo Wii have been installed on a floor to wall stand to encourage staff to relax during breaks.
Viewpoint have installed an AV package which not only meets the technology needs of the client but complements the building’s new and modern interior.
