Hotels and Conference Centres that provide high-speed internet access (HSIA) to their guests are rapidly becoming the destination of choice for travellers who need to stay connected to the office or who use the internet to find out about local places of interest and activities - explains Chris Airey of Claremont Group Interiors.
These travellers are ready and willing to pay a premium for fast seamless connection to the internet, corporate email, databases and other network resources. As HSIA becomes more commonplace in the hotel industry, access to this service is becoming a requirement for properties that want to attract and retain the business traveller or conference delegate.
