New headquarters for IM group choose Viewpoint for conference solutions

I.M. Group commissioned a new purpose-built head office, set in 200 acres of parkland for their 170 staff involved with the importing, distributing and marketing of motor vehicles. Viewpoint were appointed to provide high specification audiovisual systems for dealer presentations, board and meeting rooms, executive offices and information displays for reception and departmental team areas.

Two key areas were identified; a dealer hub for presentations to the Motor Groups numerous dealers and a more formal boardroom suite for use by the Executive of the IM Group. Technology solutions for the workplace were also provided accommodating a sophisticated intranet communication messages across the business, in open plan areas and the meeting rooms. The dealer hub consists of three meeting rooms and a large seminar space holding 90 people with a movable wall opening into the atrium allowing the company the opportunity to provide vehicle demonstrations.

The board suite consists of three formal meeting rooms with prestigious bespoke furniture in Swiss pear with a madrona inlay - the result is a high quality executive environment with the very latest technology concealed within the furniture. All designed to be easy to use and meet the needs of an expanding and progressive business.
