To ensure a meeting runs seamlessly from beginning to end, control systems maximize the communication experience in your meeting by automating and controlling environmental parameters like HVAC, window treatments, and lighting presets, audio / video equipment like projectors and projection screens, DVDs and VCRs, microphones, cameras, speakers, computers and internet access.

Using AMX and Crestron touch panels and processors, we write custom software to provide a bespoke user interface. The user simply selects a source device to display with one button push at the LCD touch panel and the system can automatically and simultaneously close blinds/curtains, adjust lighting levels to a preset optimum level, lower projection screen and projector lift, route video and audio through switching devices to projectors/flat panel displays and amplifiers. Transport commands are then made available to the user for play, stop, pause etc, or for control of VC cameras and the like.

Maintenance

We are happy to provide a quotation for maintenance contracts on installations by others.

If you are unhappy with the level of service you currently receive, or would like a competitive quotation, we will attend site to audit your existing equipment, suggest any improvements or upgrades which can be made and produce a cost for annual maintenance at the three levels of service shown below.
